The Alphabet of Dreams

Summary: A girly coming-of-age book about a used-to-be royal who has to go into hiding with her dream-beladen little brother, whose dreams often end up fortelling the future. Some magi learn of his gift, buy him and the sister goes along, only to find out they're on their way to Bethlehem.... guess the rest.

Recommendation: No - very, very much a coming-of-age girl book, and it's slow the rest of the time. The premise boils down the the wise men never would have made it to see their newborn king if not for the strange dreams of a six year-old boy..... and I just can't buy it. I did like the title of the book, though, if only for the idea that dreams put together can make a complete message, so it gets an extra heart.
