When her brother gets in trouble with the law, and her older sister marries a marine, things are about the change for Dinnie. She is "kidnapped" by her Aunt and Uncle and taken to Switzerland, where her uncle is the headmaster of a boarding school.

Recommendation: I would recommend this book to all ages. It is an interesting look into the mind of a girl, who could be any one of us. She deals with real identity issues that every person must face someday.
