Summary: The small town of Lake Eden is chosen to be the location for the filming of a Hollywood movie. Everyone in the town is so excited, and many are cast as extras. Everything is going great until the pompous movie director is murdered. Hannah Swensen, owner of a local cookie shop, uses her connections and savvy to sleuth out the murderer.

Recommendation: This is the eighth book I've read in the Hannah Swensen series. I have enjoyed all of them very much, and have also enjoyed trying out a few of the yummy recipes that are included in each book. The only thing about this particular one that bothered me a bit was that it took awhile for the murder to happen. It was more than halfway into the book. Otherwise, I enjoyed the usual characters and style of writing by Joanne Fluke.
