Summary:
The police are taking on a cereal killer by using the science of reading people's body language to find out the facts they need. The evidence shows that the cereal killer, "the clock maker", is torturing his victims to death. In the book the reasoning behind these cold acts is brought to light. The police work is also brought to light in a very interesting way.

Recommendation: Yes I recommend this book, but only to readers that can handle a few twisted descriptions of torture. The story was worth it so don't give up on the book. I also really enjoyed the science of reading the body language.
