Lady Phoebe Fairchild is blackmailed by a Mrs. Ramsey, into going to the estate of William Darby, the Viscount of Summerfield to design and make gowns for his two sisters. But she can't go as herself, a Lady, so she takes on the name of Madame Dupree. It seemed a simple enough thing to do, but being a servant isn't at all what Phoebe expects, and she begins to wish she had heeded her sister Ava and Cousin Greer's cautions.

Recommendation: Yes, I liked this book and enjoyed learning a little more of what has happened to the characters from the first two books in this series. I would recommend reading the other two books first.
