Summary: Hannah Swensen, owner of the Cookie Jar shop in Lake Eden, stumbles across another body in her small hometown. This time it is the town's sheriff. Hannah's brother-in-law is the main suspect. Hannah knows he is innocent and uses her sleuthing skills to get him off the hook and track down the real killer.

Recommendation: I would recommend this and all the other Hannah Swensen mysteries. The only thing about this one is that I felt like the author gave away the murderer half-way through the book. The clue she gave was too obvious, and I had it figured out way too early. As always, I enjoyed the recipes that are sprinkled throughout the book.
