Summary: This is the first book in the Bitterbynde series. This is an odd tale of a foundling who has no memory, face or voice. It chronicles her adventures in trying to find all three of her lost attributes. She is treated poorly where she was found and escaped to another situation that also is not desirable she then escapes and thus begins her escapades in the wilderness where she finds friendship, adoptive family and love.

Recommendation: It was hard to follow initially but the story became
suspenseful and full of adventure as the story continued. It is a good story that once into hooks and holds the reader.
