Leaving Fishers

Summary: Dorry moves to a new school, and is befriended by a group of teens belonging to a religious group called the Fishers. Her home life isn't the best, but when the new beliefs and resposibilities start piling up and become more stringent, she has to decide if her family is more important than her friends.

Recommendation: No - the author has a great writing style, and some other amazing books, but this main character has no intestinal fortitude to be able to say no. It does remind you that you'd better believe and live life the way you know you should, instead of doing it because someone else wants you to.
