Summary: This is a story of two life long friends that are just finishing school and moving on to the real world when everything changes. They must stop an ancient evil though to be destroyed long age from re-emerging and ravaging the world with their evil.

Recommendation: This book was a good read. The storyline and characters are detailed, the plot is creative. I felt that this book was well-written and engaging, but is clearly the first book of a trilogy (little is resolved in it). I would recommend it to others who enjoy the fantasy genre.
