Summary: It's a book full of superlatives. The most beautiful woman of the age is set to marry the greatest hunter who ever lived, after learning that her true love dies at sea. She is kidnapped by the strongest man in the world, the greatest swordsman on earth, and a man so clever that no words exist to adequately describe him. And it goes on like that, although in a surprisingly readable manner.

Recommendation: Yes, it's a very good book. The unique narrative devices really make the book well worth reading. It's funny, moving, exciting, everything you could ask for.
