Summary: This Disney Fairies book is about Rani, a water talent fairy who cut off her wings to help save the rest of the fairies. She doesn't feel like she belongs anywhere, and goes off on her own only to discover that she really does fit in with all the other fairies best.

Recommendation: Sure - nothing special, with the feel-good ending that Disney's known for. Good moral of be yourself and you'll be the best you can be.

Summary: Rani can't help with the fairy fountain this year. She might ruin it. She can't be a fairy anymore. But after a visit to the mermaid lagoon she realizes there’s no place like home.

Recommendation: Yes. Not only for little kids. It teaches a good lesson.
