Summary: The story of Luke Manning picks up with a twist. Luke decides to serve his own mini-mission and get material for a story at the same time. In hopes of rejuvenating his stalled writing career, Luke goes to the Sudan to deliver toys to children. He inadvertently becomes captured by terrorist. Along this path he finds the depth of his faith.

Recommendation: Yes. Not as good as the original Mormonville, but sequels rarely are. It was an interesting look at what life might be like for captives, especially given the recent release of the Americans who have been held captive for five years.
