Summary: There are a certain few born at midnight who have 25 hours in the day when they are on specific latitudes and longitudes. They also have certain gifts that may make them targets of the creatures who only life during that one "blue hour" that occurs every night at 12am.

Recommendation: Yes - great for teens and he's an excellent writer. A lot of the mystery was predictable, but he threw in enough kinks to keep the story alive without being a horror-themed scare novel.
