Recommendation: Mostly--the children enjoyed it (we read aloud). It was a little slow for me and too contrived.

Summary: Stuart Little is a boy that is adopted into a human family. He has many adventures, such as driving a boat, meeting a bird named Margalo, and almost getting lost in the Atlantic Ocean. He runs away from home and meets a 2-inch tall girl. He goes on a date with her, but it doesn't work out.

Recommendation: I would recommend it only for kids. It is a great book for children, because of its many pictures, big print, and easy reading.
