Summary: This goes with the other "What your ____ grader needs to know" books, but has a different format. Instead of teaching specifics, it has lists and lists of poems, songs, art examples, and stories to read aloud with your kids.

Recommendation: Yes - I was pleasantly surprised, because I wanted a book of lesson ideas for preschool or just for summer, but instead I got a huge treasury of adorable read alouds with pictures - and they're all really cute. It gives kids a good background in rhyming, beat, finding morals, or looking at something to figure out why it looks the way it does.
